Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA)
Consumers residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are received.

Effects of withdrawal
All payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Return of goods
Goods must be returned within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exclusion
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
sealed cosmetic or hygiene products once opened after delivery.
Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed.
