Any deviating conditions of the customer apply only if agreed in writing.

A contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email or shipment of the goods.

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop, including:

- PayPal
- TWINT
6. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery areas: Switzerland and selected EU countries.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Switzerland: no statutory right of withdrawal unless agreed.
EU / EEA: 14-day right of withdrawal unless legally excluded.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty provisions apply. Defects must be reported without delay.
10. Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Swiss data protection law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the CISG.
Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the seller, where legally permissible.
